Terms ofservice.

1. What Backflow is

Backflow is a non-custodial automation tool for Pump.fun token creators. You connect your wallet, launch a new token through the dashboard or add one you already created, route creator fees to a dedicated automation wallet, and configure automatic buyback/burn (pre-bonding) or liquidity provision (post-bonding). We do not deploy a custom smart contract for your token.

2. Platform share

As the sole fee for the service, 10% of each deploy budget is used to buy and burn the platform token ($FLOW) before your token's strategy executes. The remaining 90% is deployed for your token. Skims below a minimal dust threshold are skipped and the full budget goes to your strategy instead. All platform-share transactions are on-chain and verifiable like any other run.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice. Token trading and liquidity provision involve substantial risk, including total loss of funds. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must be the legitimate creator/owner of tokens you activate.
• You fund the automation wallet and understand it is a hot wallet used for automatic signing.
• You secure your Phantom wallet and never share your seed phrase.
• You comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Solana network congestion, third-party APIs (Jupiter, RPC providers), or on-chain program changes may cause skipped or failed cycles. The worker uses guardrails and may pause automations after repeated failures.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backflow and its operators are not liable for lost funds, missed fees, failed transactions, slippage, smart contract bugs in third-party programs, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
